DescriptionThe whole story▼
The Arrow Competition complete exhaust system 71235CKZ is built for riders who demand every last fraction of performance from their MV Agusta F3 800. Combining stainless steel headers with a titanium slip-on silencer and carbon end cap, this full system delivers a genuine power gain and meaningful weight reduction — making it as rewarding on a Sunday morning blast as it is on a dedicated track day.
Key Features
- Stainless steel headers resist heat and corrosion while providing long-term durability for regular road and track use
- Titanium silencer body keeps unsprung and overall weight to a minimum, sharpening throttle response and handling
- Carbon end cap adds a premium, race-bred aesthetic that complements the F3 800's aggressive styling
- Titanium internals throughout the silencer contribute to further weight savings and improved heat management
- Removable dB killer included, allowing you to tailor the exhaust note to your environment — quieter for the road, unrestricted for the circuit
- 350 mm silencer length and 58 mm outlet diameter engineered specifically for the F3 800 platform
Performance and Build Quality
Arrow has spent decades refining exhaust engineering for high-revving Italian triple-cylinder motorcycles, and the Competition range represents the top of that lineage. The stainless steel headers are precision-formed to match the F3 800's tight engine bay, ensuring optimal scavenging and consistent gas flow across the rev range. The titanium silencer is hand-finished and paired with a woven carbon fibre end cap that not only looks exceptional but resists the thermal stresses inherent in track use.
Arrow strongly recommends a custom or model-specific ECU mapping when fitting this system. Because the Competition configuration removes the catalytic converter and alters exhaust back pressure significantly, correct fuelling is essential to realise the full performance benefit and maintain engine reliability. This system is rated for race use only and is not road-legal in most jurisdictions — please verify local regulations before purchase.
