It holds up to exhaust temperature because it was specified for it.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eWhy a Dark Silencer Changes a Build\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eA bright can is a highlight. The eye goes to it before it goes to the tank, the frame or the engine cases, and on a machine built around dark paint that is usually the opposite of the intention.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTurn the silencer black and the exhaust line becomes a shadow under the frame rails.
