What It Is
The published figures are 12.1 mm, 47 mm, 2 mm. Measure the old part against them before ordering. Replacement parts come from the same production as the components they go into. Öhlins supports its units with individual parts rather than only with complete assemblies. Öhlins publishes an exploded view for every unit, and each position in it has its own number.
Original Öhlins Part
This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. The Öhlins exploded view names the number for each position; we can look it up if you do not have it. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier.
Getting the Number Right
If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 06131-02. Check dimension a 12.1 mm, dimension b 47 mm, dimension c 2 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Individual parts let a workshop replace only what is worn. Where a part supersedes an older number, Öhlins states it in the catalogue.
Fitting and Setup Service
Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.
