Brackets locate the damper or reservoir against the chassis and take the load in one direction only.

Key Features

Original Öhlins service part

Öhlins part number 25631-01

What It Is

Öhlins publishes no separate dimension for this position, so the part number carries the identity. A cracked bracket is a safety matter, not a cosmetic one. Brackets and housings position the component precisely enough that it works as designed. Clamps have a specified torque; over-tightening distorts the bore they hold.

Original Öhlins Part

The part number is the contract: it defines material, dimension and finish together. Rebuilding to specification only works if the parts are to specification — that starts here. The Öhlins exploded view names the number for each position; we can look it up if you do not have it. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask.

Getting the Number Right

The reliable route is the exploded drawing: find the position, read the number, order it — 25631-01 in this case. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. A cracked bracket is a safety matter, not a cosmetic one. Mounting hardware is model-specific — the damper body may be common, the brackets never are.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 25631-01

Category: Housings

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/25631-01_f97a7f85-935e-46dc-8c66-d4e2a5b8fd8d.png?v=1788878527
