The JP ESR 012 exists because the Panigale 1299 S checks the rear suspension motor at every ignition cycle and reads an empty connector as a clear failure.

The Final Twin
Ducati has not built a twin-cylinder superbike since, and shows no sign of returning to one. The 1299 S is the last and best of them.
What the Eliminator Presents
A resistance and, where the model needs it, a signal path that answers the controller's health check with values consistent with a working unit. Nothing is intercepted and nothing is generated.
Front and Rear Are Separate
Each end has its own circuit and its own part number. Converting one leg and leaving the other electronic means only that end needs answering.
How the Controller Checks
It looks for the resistance of a stepper winding and, on some models, a position feedback line. Both have to fall inside a window before the system reports itself healthy.
Ten Minutes Once Exposed
The work itself is a connector swap. What fills the time is the panel or the seat unit that sits between you and the harness.
Reversible
The original legs and their harness refit on their own hardware. Nothing was cut to make the conversion and nothing needs repairing to undo it.
Front and Rear
Separate circuits, separate part numbers. Converting only one end means only that end needs an eliminator fitted to it.
Riding Modes and What They Withhold
On several models a suspension fault does more than light the panel: it removes access to modes that otherwise work perfectly, because the controller assumes the chassis is not in a known state. Answering the circuit restores them, which is often the real reason owners buy the part.
