The 2023 Zero DSR ZF17.3-X has plenty of punch for fast country roads, and some owners want brakes that keep up. This AGPA96 front pad in EV1 street/track compound is Accossato's recipe for ambitious road riders who might book an amateur circuit day now and then. It sits between the everyday mixes and the pure race compounds, adding bite for spirited riding without giving up usability on a normal ride home.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato describes EV1 as giving excellent grip both for street riding and for amateur use on the track. That dual role defines the pad: it needs to function on a cool morning road and still hold up when a trackday session heats the disc. Like the rest of the range, it is designed to limit heat build-up and wear slowly, so fade stays low when the brakes are worked hard.
Pace on the Road, Confidence on the Circuit
Riders who push the newer DSR through a series of bends want a pad that answers immediately and lets them modulate pressure precisely. EV1 is aimed at exactly that feel. When you take the bike to a hobby circuit, remember that an electric motorcycle has no gearbox and no engine braking in the familiar sense; regeneration helps, but the front pads carry most of the load at the end of a straight. Check pad thickness and disc condition before and after a track outing, and let the brakes cool with a slow lap before parking.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists AGPA96 for the front of the Zero DSR ZF17.3-X, model year 2023. The 2016 to 2017 DSR requires AGPA92. At the rear, AGPA29 goes on the 2023 bike and AGPP91 on the earlier model. Replace pads in pairs per axle and clean the caliper pistons before pushing them back.
Road Approval
No German ABE or other approval paperwork has been provided to us for these pads, so we sell them for racing and competition.
