Stop washers limit travel of an internal part and are sized to that job. Ordering the small parts with the seal kit saves the second delivery that most rebuilds otherwise need. A washer of the wrong thickness quietly changes preload on whatever it sits against.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins manufactures service parts on the same lines as production parts — there is no second quality. Suspension is one of the few areas where the original part is genuinely the cheaper decision. Öhlins numbers do not follow a logic you can guess — always read them from the documentation. Order by part number — descriptions repeat across sizes, numbers do not.

Getting the Number Right

Order under 01674-01. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Öhlins states dimension a 8 mm, dimension b 12 mm, dimension c 2 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Thread size and length identify the fastener; substituting a hardware-store equivalent is not sensible in a pressurised damper. Öhlins uses metric threads throughout, but the length and head form are specific to the position.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 01674-01

Category: Washers

Dimension A: 8 mm

Dimension B: 12 mm

Dimension C: 2 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/01674-01_4c82e763-26af-463a-b40d-6c70eeb24ca1.png?v=1788873937
