LighTech produces the CARA3030 using autoclave technology — the same manufacturing process found in aerospace and high-end motorsport components. Compressing the carbon weave under controlled heat and pressure eliminates voids in the resin matrix, producing a cover that is denser, stiffer and more resistant to impact than conventionally laid panels. The result is a part that holds its shape and gloss across track days and long road seasons alike.
The glossy clear-coat topcoat locks in the woven carbon pattern and gives the cover a jewel-like depth that catches light in a way no painted OEM cover can replicate. Care is straightforward: mild cleaning products preserve the surface without risk of hazing.
