A low-revving 670 twin ridden at part throttle for most of its life never comes close to asking for the flow a P08 has in reserve, so the reserve is not something the rider loses. What the rider gains is retention in the dust the bike actually meets. The other side of the same coin: a finer medium collects more, so it reaches the point of needing attention sooner.
