A plug that seals a gas port is a pressure part despite its size. Circlips are single-use in practice: once sprung, they no longer hold their groove reliably. Sealing washers are consumables — they take their shape on first assembly.

Original Öhlins Part

Parts remain available years after a unit leaves the current price list, which is unusual in this trade. Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Where a number has been superseded, Öhlins states the replacement — we pass that on. Order by part number — descriptions repeat across sizes, numbers do not.

Identifying the Right Part

21816-12 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. dimension a 6 mm, dimension b 12 mm, dimension c 3 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Öhlins gives every washer and spacer its own part number because its length or thickness is part of the internal geometry. Sealing washers are consumables — they take their shape on first assembly and do not seal twice.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21816-12

Category: Washers

Dimension A: 6 mm

Dimension B: 12 mm

Dimension C: 3 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21816-12_3c207773-4e81-4197-8b96-12e02a12fd21.png?v=1788877863
