Two Families, One Part

The Force Evo is the ribbed case; the Konix Evo is the wedge. They look nothing alike, but Spark gave them a common outlet section, which is why a single article covers both.

That is unusually convenient. Most of Spark's inserts fit exactly one family, and getting a plug for the wrong case is the most common ordering error on this part of the catalogue.

Forty or Thirty-Five

Spark builds this insert at two bores: this one at 40 mm and G99107 at 35, both 75 to 76 mm long. The wider one restricts less and takes less noise out.

Choose by engine size and by how far over a limit you are. A 40 on a big four trims the top without costing anything anyone will feel; a 35 on the same machine is a noticeably bigger intervention.

The Silencers That Take It

Every current Spark Force Evo and Konix Evo case, whether it came as part of a bike-specific slip-on or as one of the universal articles. The universal Force Evo G00SI23T and the Konix Evo G00SI25T and G00SI29T all use this section.

When You Need One

Spark's homologated slip-ons in these families ship with a non-removable or a fitted insert depending on the article; the racing versions ship open. Buy this when the case you have is open and the venue you are going to is not.

Seventy-Five Millimetres

Short, which is what the Evo cases have room for. Both the Force Evo and the Konix Evo are compact silencers with the outlet close to the mounting, and an insert twice this length would simply not go in.

Not a Certificate

A racing Force Evo remains a racing article with this fitted. Where a silencer is homologated, the insert Spark supplied with it is the one that belongs in it — substituting a different bore puts the exhaust outside the tested configuration.
