Elbows and knees spend the whole ride bent — and rigid inserts leave a gap between armour and joint at exactly the flexion extremes where a fall lands. The Seventy Degrees Windflex® Elbow / Knee Protectors are the core of the brand's own armour technology, engineered to stay in contact through the bend.
CE Level 2, Type A
Certified to EN 1621-1:2012 Level 2, Type A — a higher standard than the Level 1 inserts fitted to many jackets and trousers as standard, transmitting significantly less force to the joint. The compact Type A size maximises mobility.
Conforms Continuously
The Windflex® polymer flexes and follows the contours of the elbow or knee as you move, closing the armour-to-body gap that rigid inserts open at full flexion and extension. At the moment of impact the 70 Safety Lab viscoelastic structure locks to absorb and spread kinetic energy across the entire protector.

Pre-curved geometry means zero-pressure contact from installation, tapered conical edges remove the hard rim, and the Air&Flex open-cell architecture ventilates for consistent thermal comfort on long days.

Within the EU, no — our prices already include all duties and EU VAT. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, the UK or the USA), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country. These are collected by the carrier when your parcel arrives, aren’t included in our prices, and are outside our control.

On out-of-stock items you can request a delivery time or leave your email to be notified the moment it returns — just use the notification box on the product.
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Register your return by email first; once it’s approved you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Yes — it’s tested and approved to the current ECE 22.06 standard and road-legal across the EU.

Yes — the cheek pads are channelled so the arms of your glasses slide in comfortably.
Take out the washable lining and hand-wash it in lukewarm water. Clean the shell and visor with a soft cloth and water only — never solvents.
