DescriptionThe whole story▼
Rocks are hard on footpegs. On a technical enduro trail a GasGas EC 300 can clip a boulder with a peg, drop onto one in a slow tip-over or slide along a ledge on its side, and each time the peg takes the blow. Usually it folds up and returns; sometimes it bends, and the rider only notices when the boot no longer sits flat. Accossato's enlarged Ergal footpegs fit the EC 300 of 2021 to 2023 and are available in two colours, orange and black.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato, founded in 1969 in Moncalieri near Turin, describes these as enlarged footpegs made of Ergal, for motocross, enduro and off-road motorcycles. Ergal is a high-strength aluminium alloy, and the enlarged platform gives the boot more support. Beyond those points the manufacturer provides no data, and we are not going to invent any. The set is a pair, one peg for each side of the EC 300, finished in the colour you choose.
After a Peg Meets a Rock
A peg that has taken a heavy hit deserves a close look. Check whether it still sits level with its partner on the other side, whether it folds and returns freely, and whether the mount on the frame shows cracks or bending. A peg tilted slightly down or back changes how the foot rests and can let the boot slide off on the next step. A stiff or sluggish return often means the pin has been bent or the spring stretched.
When a peg is damaged, replacing both is usually the tidier solution, because it keeps the two feet on identical surfaces. Clean the mounts thoroughly first, since a rock strike often leaves grit packed into the pivot. Inspect the original pins and springs and reuse them only if they are straight and still pull the peg firmly back into place. A fall hard enough to hurt a peg may also have bent the brake pedal or the gear lever, so check both, and begin the next ride on the EC 300 with a quick look to see that everything still moves as it should.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato names the EC 300 from 2021 to 2023 in its application list, and those years are linked to this product. It is the only Accossato footpeg set for the model; the same pair is also listed for the EC 250, the MC 250F and the Husqvarna TC 125. If you are unsure whether your bike falls within these years, the frame number will tell, or you can simply ask us.
Road Approval
We have no ABE or other approval papers for this set. It is intended and sold for competition.
