DescriptionThe whole story▼
The LXP Orioli edition of MV Agusta's Enduro Veloce carries the name of Edi Orioli, who won the Dakar Rally twice on Cagiva machines in the 1990s. The Enduro Veloce itself is a three-cylinder adventure bike for long distances on and off the tarmac, and like most bikes of its kind it is often ridden with hand guards. The Accossato EDF099 is a CNC-machined brake lever for the Enduro Veloce of 2024 and 2025, adjustable in reach and available in three lengths. Which length suits you depends partly on the space behind the guard.

- Front brake lever for the MV Agusta Enduro Veloce, 2024 to 2025

- Standard length about 138 mm in seven colours; short in five, long in four
- CNC-machined and anodised aluminium, hub always black
- Fixed blade with no folding joint

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato knows off-road riding from its own past: the company won an enduro world title in 1985. The EDF099 is milled from a solid aluminium blank and anodised afterwards, with a black hub and a blade in the colour you pick. Machining from the solid gives the blade an even section and keeps its dimensions consistent, and the anodised surface is a hard layer of the metal itself, so there is no paint for dust and cleaning brushes to wear through. From hub to tip the blade is fixed; this lever does not fold.
Blade Length Behind a Hand Guard
Hand guards change the space a brake lever moves in. The blade has to travel all the way to the grip without its tip touching the guard, at every reach setting you might use and at full steering lock. So before choosing a length for your Enduro Veloce, look at the gap between the end of the original lever and the inside of the guard, if guards are fitted to your bike. The short blade, in blue, gold, green, orange or silver, ends earliest and leaves the most room; many riders like it off the tarmac anyway, because it suits braking with one or two fingers while the rest of the hand holds the bar over bumps. The standard blade matches the original most closely. The long blade gives more leverage and suits riders who brake with the whole hand, but it is the one to check most carefully. After fitting, pull the lever fully with the bars turned to each side and make sure nothing touches, then repeat the check whenever you move the adjuster on the Enduro Veloce or change the position of the guards.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists the EDF099 for the Enduro Veloce from 2024 to 2025, under the name Enduro Veloce 930, and for the LXP Orioli 930 in 2024. The lever mounts on the original front brake master cylinder in place of the standard part. No Accossato clutch lever is named for the Enduro Veloce, so this product covers the brake side only.
Road Approval
As no German ABE is documented for the EDF099, we sell it for closed-course use only.
Scope of Delivery
