DescriptionThe whole story▼
Sleeve, Öhlins part number 00123-11. Both diameters and the length are specification rather than approximation.
Key Features
- Original Öhlins service part
- Öhlins part number 00123-11
Where It Sits
There is no measurement to check here — the number and the exploded view identify it. Play at the bushing shows up as a knock over sharp bumps. A bushing is a consumable and is replaced at rebuild rather than reused. Sleeves position parts axially and often set the preload on a stack.
Original Öhlins Part
Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. Öhlins numbers every position so a workshop can order precisely what it needs, not a whole assembly. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you.
Getting the Number Right
Order under 00123-11. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. This position has no published dimension, so the part number is the only reliable identifier. Inner and outer diameter both matter; a bushing that is a little loose does more damage than none at all. Guide bushings set the internal alignment of a cartridge.
Fitting and Setup Service
A damper rebuild is workshop work: it needs the unit dismantled, the shim stack rebuilt in the correct order and the gas charge reset. We are an authorised Öhlins service centre and do exactly that in house — send us the unit or ask us to fit the part with your order.
