The JP ACC MV002 gives the F4 a throttle that arrives at full opening sooner, without changing anything about the fuelling, the modes or the rider aids behind it.

Radial Valves and Four Pipes
MV's superbike was drawn by Massimo Tamburini and it has aged better than almost anything else from its decade. The riding position is uncompromising in the way superbikes used to be.
Ride by Wire
There is no cable pulling a butterfly here. The grip reports an angle and the electronics decide what the throttle bodies do with it.
Heated Grips
Factory heated grips are bonded to the standard tube on many models, which means the conversion costs them. It is worth knowing before the parts arrive.
What the Dealer Does
Plugs in, runs the throttle learn routine, checks the closed reading. It takes minutes and it is the same procedure used after a throttle body service.
Half an Hour Plus the Appointment
The mechanical work is short. What takes the planning is the diagnostic session that has to follow it before the bike is ridden.
Model Specific
The part numbers are tied to particular motorcycles because the mounting, the sensor and the connector all differ. There is no universal version of this.
Winter Storage
Nothing about the part objects to a cold garage. The connector on the standard assembly in its box is the item that deserves a dry shelf.
Riding Standing Up
Off road the wrist grips from above rather than behind, and a shortened rotation leaves less room to meter drive on a loose surface. That is exactly where metering matters most, which is worth weighing before ordering for a tall machine.
After a Fall
A bar end takes the impact in most low-speed drops, and a machined body generally survives what breaks a moulded one. That is a side effect of the construction rather than a reason to buy it.
