The JP MJ 013 adds a fuel correction to the R125 where the factory map had to be careful, and does it without a laptop, a dyno session or a remap.

A Single With Variable Valves
Yamaha's 125 uses variable valve actuation to meet emissions and still rev, which is a remarkable amount of engineering for a learner machine.
On a Machine Being Sold
Unplugging the module and putting it in a box makes the motorcycle standard again. Whether that helps or hurts the sale depends entirely on the buyer, which is an argument for keeping the original connectors in good condition.
Not a Racing Part
There is no adjustment, no logging and no way to tailor the curve to one circuit. Riders who want that need the programmable unit, and JetPrime sells one alongside this.
Fitting Time
Twenty minutes on a machine where the injector harness is under the seat, an hour where the tank has to come off. Nothing in either case requires a tool anybody would have to buy.
Rider Aids Are Blind to It
Traction control reads wheel speeds, not injector pulses. Nothing about the module's presence enters the calculation for any electronic aid on the motorcycle.
A Curve, Not a Setting
The correction varies with load and engine speed rather than being a single percentage. That is what separates a developed module from a resistor in a box, and it is why it is sold per model.
Winter Storage
Nothing about the module objects to a cold garage and there is no battery in it. It draws no current when the ignition is off and needs no attention over a layup.
A Note for Workshops
The module is visible under the seat and unplugs in seconds. Any diagnosis on the motorcycle should begin by removing it, which takes less time than reading this paragraph.
