Small parts are what hold a rebuild together — the wrong circlip or washer is enough to fail the job. Öhlins gives each length its own number because the assembly depends on it. These are the parts that are easy to lose on the bench and impossible to improvise afterwards.

Why the Original

Suspension is one of the few areas where the original part is genuinely the cheaper decision. Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. Order by part number — descriptions repeat across sizes, numbers do not. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier.

Identifying the Right Part

Part number 25601-02 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. The published dimensions are dimension a 60 mm, dimension b 78 mm, dimension c 2 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Thread size and length identify the fastener; substituting a hardware-store equivalent is not sensible in a pressurised damper. Öhlins uses metric threads throughout, but the length and head form are specific to the position.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 25601-02

Category: Spacers

Dimension A: 60 mm

Dimension B: 78 mm

Dimension C: 2 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/25601-02_5f5a625f-8daa-4c02-a56e-7d60cbcbb244.png?v=1788878465
