From full rotation to quick throttle
A standard ride-by-wire grip on the Monster V2 turns through a wide arc to move from closed to fully open, which suits road riding but costs time on track. This quick throttle shortens that arc to 60 degrees so the same wrist movement delivers more opening.
Machined rather than cast construction
The grip body is machined from solid Ergal aluminium, a material chosen for its strength-to-weight ratio, rather than cast or moulded from a softer alloy, giving a stiffer, more precise housing for the internal electronics. Internally, the sensor and connector layout stay unchanged, only the mechanical leverage ratio is different.
Fitting the Monster V2
This throttle is built specifically for the Monster V2's bar diameter, switchgear and electronic throttle connector, so it bolts on as a direct, plug-and-play replacement without needing a different cable, pulley or sensor bracket.
