The Ribbing

The Force Evo case is not a plain tube. Spark presses a series of ribs into the titanium that converge toward the carbon end cap, and they do two jobs at once: they stiffen a thin-walled case so it does not drum, and they give the silencer its profile from any angle.

It is the detail that identifies the family. If a Spark silencer has ribs running into a carbon cap, it is a Force Evo.

The Heat Shield Is Part of It

Unlike most of Spark's universal cans, this one arrives with its carbon guard integrated rather than as an accessory. On a build where the rider's boot or a pannier passes close to the case, that is the difference between a finished article and one still waiting for a part.

Sound Made for Distance

Spark's brief for the Force Evo packing was a sound that stays enjoyable for rider and passenger after long use on and off road — deep and full-bodied without becoming tiring. The removable insert lets you go the other way when a circuit or a mood calls for it.

That is a different design goal from the Grid-O, which was built to be extreme and makes no apology for it.

Sixty Millimetres, Three Hundred and Fifty Long

Those two numbers decide whether the article fits your project. Sixty is the inlet the link pipe has to meet; 350 mm is the space the case needs between its mounting point and whatever is behind it.

Measure before ordering. A universal silencer that does not physically fit is an expensive lesson, and titanium is not something you shorten in a home workshop.

Spark builds this case in Mantova for its bike-specific kits and sells it separately for people building their own. Same part, same finish, without the link pipe that would tie it to one motorcycle.
