DescriptionThe whole story▼
The Zero DS is a dual-sport, and plenty of owners ride theirs on gravel tracks and wet back roads as well as in town. For the 2015 to 2017 models, Accossato offers the AGPA92 front pad in the Sintered (ST) compound. It is intended for riders who go out in all seasons and want the same lever feel on a cold, wet morning as on a warm afternoon. Accossato says the material keeps high, constant grip at low and high temperatures and grips well in the wet.
Key Features
- Front pads for the Zero DS, 2015 to 2017
- Fits the ZF9.4, ZF9.8, ZF12.5 and ZF13.0 versions listed by Accossato
- AGPA92 outline in the Sintered (ST) compound, reference AGPA92ST
- Steady grip from cold to hot, according to Accossato
- Good performance on a wet disc
- Two pads per box for one caliper
- No German ABE on file; for track use
Construction and Material Quality
Accossato's sintered compound for the AGPA92 aims at an even friction level that barely changes with temperature, plus reliable grip in the rain. For a dual-sport that sees wet lanes, puddles and gravel, this steadiness makes the front brake easy to judge. The pads are made for long wear and limited fade. The AGPA92 is also listed in OR, EV1, EV2 and ZXC. Two pads come in the box, one set for a caliper.
Wet Lanes and Gravel Tracks
Off the main roads, a Zero DS meets standing water, mud on the tarmac and loose gravel. A front brake that responds the same way when soaked gives the rider confidence to brake gently and progressively on low-grip surfaces. The silent drive makes it easier to hear the tyres and feel what the front is doing, and a consistent pad complements that. For dry city use, the OR version is the gentler choice.
After a Wet Ride
Rinse grit off the caliper and disc, let them dry, and check the pads for uneven wear now and then. When changing them, clean the pistons, check the fluid and pump the lever until firm.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists the AGPA92 for the front of the Zero DS from 2015 to 2017, covering the ZF9.4 and ZF12.5 of 2015 and the ZF9.8 and ZF13.0 of 2016 and 2017. The 2024 DS uses the AGPA96 at the front. At the rear, the AGPP91 covers 2014 to 2017 and the AGPA29 is listed for 2024. One box serves one caliper.
Road Approval
There are no approval documents or German ABE for this pad in our possession. It is offered for track and competition riding.
Scope of Delivery
One box with two sintered front pads for one caliper of the Zero DS.
