DescriptionThe whole story▼
Fuel stations are one of the most common places for a stationary tip-over. The forecourt slopes gently towards the drain, the Tuono 660 stands on its side stand in neutral while its rider pays, and the bike rolls forward just far enough for the stand to fold. It goes over to the left, and the clutch lever takes the impact. Accossato lists Aprilia's middleweight naked from 2021 to 2023 and makes the AGS01 for it, a silver lever that brings back the standard shape.

Construction and Material Quality
Shape is the whole point of the AGS01. Accossato draws it after the Tuono 660's original clutch lever and files it under original spare parts type, a good-value replacement rather than an accessory. The company says its manufacturing process makes the lever tougher once it has been knocked or through a fall. The lever is silver, and there is no further technical data from Accossato. What you get back is the left grip of your Tuono 660 as Aprilia laid it out, with the lever where your fingers expect it.
A Slope at the Fuel Stop
One habit prevents most forecourt falls: leave the Tuono 660 in first gear when you park it, and it cannot roll forward. On a slope, point the front wheel uphill wherever the layout allows. If the bike has gone over anyway, inspect the left lever before riding off. One that is bent or snapped short can keep the clutch from disengaging completely, and pulling away with a clutch that drags is jerky and unpredictable, which is the last thing you want when joining a busy road from a filling station. At home the swap is quick. Clean the pivot bolt and put a little grease on it, fit the new lever, set the free play to the value in the owner's handbook, and finally make sure the engine will start with the clutch pulled in.
Fitment and Compatibility
The years Accossato gives for this lever on the Tuono 660 are 2021 to 2023, for the ABS model. The Tuono 660 Factory and the RS 660 use the same part and have their own listings with us. Should you prefer a different shape, Accossato offers the CNC clutch lever ESV004 for the Tuono 660, with the CNC brake lever EDF099 for the other side; their listings show their own years. Hold your old lever next to our photos before you order.
Road Approval
No ABE and no other test document are in our hands for the AGS01, so it is offered for racing and competition.
