Where a part supersedes an older number, Öhlins states it in the catalogue. The number on the part matches the number in the drawing, which makes identification unambiguous. This part comes from the same production as the components it goes into.

Original Öhlins Part

Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise. Öhlins numbers do not follow a logic you can guess — always read them from the documentation.

How to Be Sure It Fits

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 00191-22. This position has no published dimension, so the part number is the only reliable identifier. Öhlins does not sell service parts as pattern equivalents — there is one specification. Availability of individual parts is one reason Öhlins units stay in service for decades.

Fitting and Setup Service

A damper rebuild is workshop work: it needs the unit dismantled, the shim stack rebuilt in the correct order and the gas charge reset. We are an authorised Öhlins service centre and do exactly that in house — send us the unit or ask us to fit the part with your order.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00191-22

Category: Service Parts

Finish: Black

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00191-22_0b8f27ba-428a-4583-b19e-d7f623cc5e01.png?v=1788868928
