The FF805 Thunder Carbon GP Pro shell is produced using a pure carbon fibre layup — no hybrid fill, no compromise. Three distinct shell sizes ensure the fit remains close and aerodynamically efficient regardless of head size, avoiding the oversized shell profiles that plague cheaper full-face helmets. The race spoiler integrated into the shell's upper section works to manage high-speed stability and reduce aerodynamic lift during braking, giving riders confidence when pushing to the limit.

Ventilation is engineered rather than decorative: multiple inlets across the forehead and crown feed air directly into EPS-channelled ducts, pulling heat away from the head efficiently during hard riding. Track-to-Paddock Convenience
