Service parts are what make an Öhlins unit worth rebuilding rather than replacing. Availability of individual parts is one reason Öhlins units stay in service for decades. Ordering by number from the exploded view is the reliable way to get the right piece.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins supports units that are decades old, which is why the spare parts list runs to thousands of numbers. Öhlins numbers every position so a workshop can order precisely what it needs, not a whole assembly. Where a number has been superseded, Öhlins states the replacement — we pass that on. Service parts are supplied per piece unless the description says otherwise.

Identifying the Right Part

Part number 00191-02 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. Where no measurement is given, the drawing position is what identifies the part. The number on the part matches the number in the drawing, which makes identification unambiguous. Availability of individual parts is one reason Öhlins units stay in service for decades.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00191-02

Category: Service Parts

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00191-02_3cce324c-7ae6-4e46-a8bf-53e40504590f.png?v=1788871437
