The bar area of an XJ6 is crowded enough without a badly placed reservoir. The OBT009 sets the reservoir position on the XJ6 at 28.9 mm and 31 mm. Black anodised, and black is the whole range for the OBT009. On a 600 cc machine like the XJ6 it is the cheapest cockpit change available.

Fitting
Allow half an hour on the XJ6 including bleeding. Check steering lock on the XJ6 once the tank is in place. Keep the original parts — the change is fully reversible on the XJ6.
Care and Checks
Vibration finds every loose fastener on the XJ6 eventually. Otherwise it is a fit-and-forget item on the XJ6.
