Öhlins publishes an exploded view for each unit, and every position in it carries its own number. Service parts are what make an Öhlins unit worth rebuilding rather than replacing. Availability of individual parts is one reason Öhlins units stay in service for decades.

Why the Original

This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you.

Identifying the Right Part

Order under 00231-02. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. We are an authorised Öhlins service centre and do exactly that in house — send us the unit or ask us to fit the part with your order.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00231-02

Category: Service Parts

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00231-02_11fd2efc-0303-4754-aed1-09ef82ad6af1.png?v=1788869029
