DescriptionThe whole story▼

Accossato groups the 2014–2016 TE 125 with the rest of Husqvarna's enduro range rather than cutting a part for the two-stroke alone, supplying two braided hoses for the front and rear brake circuit in the standard S pattern. Nothing about the hose path changes from the stock bike, so the kit is a like-for-like material swap rather than a rerouting job, and the fitting itself can be ordered plain in stainless steel or painted in one of five colours.

Key Features

  • Two-hose set for the 2014–2016 TE 125, front and rear
  • Standard S-layout routing, matching the stock hose path
  • Stainless steel or painted stainless fittings in five colours
  • Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
  • Shared part number with the 2014–2016 FE four-stroke range

Construction and Material Quality

Both hoses carry a stainless aeronautical braid sheath, and the fittings can be ordered either in plain stainless steel or painted in one of five finishes, on top of the twenty sheath colours offered for the braid itself. Fitting the pair is a direct swap at the master cylinder and each caliper, since nothing about the routing changes from how the factory laid the lines out, and a workshop can complete the job without rethinking where either hose travels.

The Smallest Two-Stroke, a Shared Kit

Accossato's grouping for 2014 to 2016 runs across the two-stroke TE 125 and TE 300 and the 2016-only TE 250, together with the entire four-stroke FE range from FE 250 to FE 501, because every one of them uses one brake hose pattern in this period despite the difference in engine size and type. A TE 125 built from 2025 onward instead takes a single rear-only hose, AGA0282, covering a completely different window of production with a gap of several years in between.

Fitment and Compatibility

This kit fits the Husqvarna TE 125 built from 2014 to 2016, and the same part also covers the FE 250, FE 350, FE 450 and FE 501 of those years, plus the TE 250 and TE 300. A TE 125 built from 2025 onward needs the rear-only AGA0282 instead; nothing currently fills the gap between these two production runs for this particular model.

Road Approval

Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.

Scope of Delivery

The kit contains 2 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Connecting hardware such as banjo bolts and sealing washers is not listed as included, so it is worth checking the hardware already on the bike before starting the job. Once fitted, the circuit should be filled and bled by a competent workshop before the bike is ridden.
