Ordering the small parts with the seal kit saves the second delivery that most rebuilds otherwise need.

Key Features

Öhlins part number 01046-13

Original Öhlins service part

Function

This position is identified by its number rather than by a dimension. A plug that seals a gas port is a pressure part despite its size. A spacer that is a millimetre short changes the preload on a shim stack, and with it the damping. Small parts are what hold a rebuild together — the wrong circlip or washer is enough to fail the job.

Original Öhlins Part

Parts remain available years after a unit leaves the current price list, which is unusual in this trade. Öhlins keeps service parts available for units long after they leave the current price list. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise. If the unit is already apart, compare the published dimensions with the part in your hand.

Identifying the Right Part

Part number 01046-13 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. This position has no published dimension, so the part number is the only reliable identifier. Öhlins lists these individually because a service usually needs a handful of them. Shoulder screws set a clearance as well as clamping, which is why the length is exact.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 01046-13

Category: Screws

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/01046-13_e64b8c20-8931-4a9b-aa3b-37afcc546856.png?v=1788873023
