DescriptionThe whole story▼
For the F4 RR, the JP PLSR 002 is the race left cluster, machined from Ergal 7075.
Key Features
- MV Agusta F4 RR 1000 (2011–2015)
- Reduced race control set
- Black anodised
- CNC-milled Ergal 7075
- Sealed switch elements
- Plug-and-play on the original connector
Built Closer to a Race Engine
Titanium connecting rods, a lightened crankshaft and higher compression give the RR a state of tune closer to a competition unit than to the standard F4. It is peaky, urgent and considerably less forgiving, which is exactly why owners take them to circuits.
Ohlins Already Fitted
The RR arrives with electronically adjustable damping on later examples, which removes one of the usual first jobs in preparing a bike for track use. What remains is bodywork, tyres and the cockpit.
What the Reduced Cluster Gains
Space between the controls that remain. With the indicator and horn positions removed, a thumb counting down the housing has fewer places to stop and fewer opportunities to arrive at the wrong one.
Factory Loom Retained
No aftermarket harness or dashboard is required. MV's connector and ECU are used, so the electronic suspension and the rider aids continue to function exactly as delivered.
A Motorcycle That Has Stopped Depreciating
Good F4 RRs are appreciating, which makes reversibility the property owners care about most. The standard cluster refits at any point using the same connector and leaves nothing behind.
Sealed Contacts
Sealed elements inside a body milled from one block. Track use means hot washing after every session, and the seam in a clipped assembly is precisely where that water gets in.
Black Anodised
One finish. Against the RR's gold fork tops a black cockpit component keeps the visual weight where MV placed it rather than adding to it.
A Cockpit Already Half Prepared
An RR arrives with adjustable damping, forged wheels on some examples and a state of tune close to a race unit. What it does not arrive with is switchgear built for a circuit, which is the gap this cluster fills.
