DescriptionThe whole story▼
On the TM Racing MX 250 4T (2013–2025), a four-stroke motocrosser still leans on the clutch out of slow corners, and a hose that balloons under that repeated load softens the lever just when a rider needs it sharp. On the MX 250 4T, this braided hose is the remedy: same routing as the rubber line it replaces, with nothing else in the clutch circuit disturbed by the swap.
Key Features
- Single clutch hose built to the Clutch (C) layout for the MX 250 4T
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Stainless steel fittings as standard, or painted stainless in red, green, blue, black or gold
- Follows the same routing as the original clutch hose
- Same part shared across TM's EN and MX ranges built on this platform
Construction and Material Quality
The hose itself is a single run of aeronautical braid finished with stainless fittings; Accossato makes those fittings available painted as well as bare on this part, in five colours, and backs that with a twenty-colour braid range. A rider who changes bikes within the range can carry the same colour choice across machines, since the part does not change.
One Part, Several TM Models
The clutch hardware on TM's EN and MX bikes does not vary by displacement, so this hose, which Accossato lists once against the whole range, fits each of them identically; only the motorcycle named on a given listing changes.
Fitment and Compatibility
This part is matched to the TM Racing MX 250 4T across its 2013–2025 production run. From there Accossato extends the fitment to 5 additional models that share the hardware, TM Racing EN 125 2T (2013–2025), TM Racing EN 250 2T (2013–2025), TM Racing EN 250 4T (2013–2025), TM Racing EN 300 2T (2013–2025) and TM Racing EN 450 4T (2013–2019), without changing the part. The hose does not need to be re-specified for any of these machines, since the clutch hardware they share stays constant throughout, whether the engine under the tank is the two-stroke or the four-stroke unit.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The kit contains 1 braided hose for the Clutch layout. Fittings such as banjo bolts and copper sealing washers are not listed as included, so it is worth checking the connecting hardware already on the bike before starting the job.
