DescriptionThe whole story▼
Pushing a motorcycle backwards is harder than it looks. Out of a tight garage, down a sloping drive or away from a kerb, the rider walks beside the bike with a hand on each grip, and if a foot slips or the front wheel turns too far, the bike can fall. The Tuono 660 Factory, the higher-specified version of Aprilia's middleweight naked, listed by Accossato from 2022 to 2024, often lands on its left side, where the clutch lever is. Accossato's AGS01, silver and shaped like the standard lever, is the replacement.

Construction and Material Quality
The AGS01 is what Accossato calls an original spare parts type: it follows the shape of the Tuono 660 Factory's own clutch lever rather than offering a new design. Accossato developed it with good value for money in mind. It also states that the way the lever is made improves its resistance after damage or a fall. The finish is silver, and there are no further details from Accossato, which is based today in Villastellone near Turin.
Reversing Out of a Tight Space
Most backward pushes go wrong in the same way. The rider lets the bike lean slightly away while walking beside it, the front wheel turns, and the weight passes the point of no return. Keep the bike leaning a little towards you, against your hip, with the bars straight and a finger on the front brake to stop it. On a slope it is easier to sit on the bike and paddle it back with both feet, using the front brake to control the speed. If it does go down, check the clutch lever before riding. A bent lever can foul the switchgear or the grip, and a broken one leaves too little blade for proper control. Fit the replacement with a clean, lightly greased pivot bolt, set the free play as the handbook describes and test the clutch switch.
Fitment and Compatibility
For the AGS01, Accossato gives the Tuono 660 Factory with ABS from 2022 to 2024. Under the Tuono 660 and the RS 660, the same clutch lever has its own listings at Inter-Pace. We carry no Accossato CNC levers for the Tuono 660 Factory. Please compare the shape of the lever on your bike with our photos before ordering, especially if the Tuono 660 Factory came to you second-hand.
Road Approval
The AGS01 has no ABE and no other approval certificate that we could show, for which reason it is sold for motorsport and competition use.
