DescriptionThe whole story▼

The 350SX-F carries the largest engine in KTM's current four-stroke motocross range below the full-size 450, and the 2016–2025 bikes share their two-hose braided kit with a wide spread of other motocross machines from GasGas and Husqvarna. Front and rear circuit run in the standard S layout, with the fitting available plain in stainless steel or painted in one of five colours.

Key Features

  • Two-hose set for the 2016–2025 350SX-F, front and rear
  • Standard S-layout routing
  • Stainless steel or painted stainless fittings in five colours
  • Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
  • Shared part number with GasGas and Husqvarna motocross models

Construction and Material Quality

The sheath on both hoses is a stainless aeronautical weave, and the fitting at each end can stay bare in stainless steel or be ordered painted in any of five colours, with twenty shades to choose for the braid. A workshop installing the pair simply replaces the rubber originals at the same two points, nothing rerouted.

The Biggest Engine Below the 450

Despite sitting just below the full-size 450SX-F in displacement, the 350 shares this identical hose pattern with the smaller 125SX, 150SX and 250SX, and with GasGas's MC 450 and Husqvarna's TC 150 and FC 450 besides, across a decade-long run without revision. A 2018-only 350SX-F instead uses a single-hose kit, AGA0275, built for a much narrower and unrelated cluster of machines. A workshop fitting this kit should expect the same ease of installation the rest of the current motocross range offers, since none of the three brands sharing this code change how the lines are routed. That shared layout extends to the fitting finish too, with the same five painted colours offered across every bike on this code.

Fitment and Compatibility

Whatever year a 350SX-F was built between 2016 and 2025, this two-hose kit is the fitment. Three smaller KTM displacements ride on the identical code, the 125SX, 150SX and 250SX, alongside the four-stroke 250SX-F and a spread of Husqvarna and GasGas motocrossers. A lone 2018 350SX-F breaks away from all of that and needs AGA0275 instead.

Road Approval

Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.

Scope of Delivery

The kit contains 2 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Connecting hardware such as banjo bolts and sealing washers is not listed as included, so it is worth checking the hardware already on the bike before starting the job. Once fitted, the circuit should be filled and bled by a competent workshop before the bike is ridden.
