DescriptionThe whole story▼

KTM's 125SX is the junior two-stroke class in the brand's motocross range, and the bikes built from 2016 all the way through 2025 take the same two-hose braided kit Accossato supplies for a wide spread of other quarter-litre-class machines. Front and rear circuit run in the standard S layout, with the fitting available plain in stainless steel or painted in one of five colours.

Key Features

  • Two-hose set for the 2016–2025 125SX, front and rear
  • Standard S-layout routing
  • Stainless steel or painted stainless fittings in five colours
  • Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
  • Shared part number with GasGas and Husqvarna motocross models

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato builds both hoses from stainless aeronautical braid, with the fitting available bare in stainless steel or painted across five colours, and the sheath itself spanning twenty shades. That finish range stays the same across every bike sharing this one part number, regardless of which badge or displacement is involved.

A Decade-Long Run Across Three Brands

This part number groups the 125SX with GasGas's MC 450, Husqvarna's TC 150 and FC 450, and KTM's own 150SX, 250SX, 250SX-F and 350SX-F, since all of them share this brake hose pattern across a very long production run that stretches almost a decade without a single revision. A 2018-only 125SX instead uses a single-hose kit, AGA0275, built for a much narrower and more scattered cluster of models from that one year alone. A buyer should not assume every KTM small-bore two-stroke shares this exact code, since the 2018 model year specifically breaks away from it.

Fitment and Compatibility

Order for a 125SX anywhere in its 2016 to 2025 production run and this is the part. The same code reaches sideways into GasGas territory for the MC 250, MC 250F and MC 450F, into Husqvarna's FC and TC four-stroke and two-stroke motocrossers, and upward in KTM's own range to the 150SX, 250SX, 250SX-F and 350SX-F. A lone 2018 125SX sits outside this listing and takes AGA0275 instead.

Road Approval

Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.

Scope of Delivery

The kit contains 2 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Connecting hardware such as banjo bolts and sealing washers is not listed as included, so it is worth checking the hardware already on the bike before starting the job. Once fitted, the circuit should be filled and bled by a competent workshop before the bike is ridden.
