The S Profile
Drawn for the SuperSport's bar position, which sits between a superbike's and a naked's. A general-fit housing works; this one is shaped around the geometry it will actually meet.
V4 Face, Same Bike
Ducati restyled the SuperSport in 2021 with the Panigale V4's front end and integrated winglets. Almost nothing mechanical changed and sales improved noticeably, which says something about buyers.
Six-Axis Electronics
The 950 gained cornering ABS, traction control and wheelie control from an inertial platform. It brought a road-focused sports bike up to superbike electronic standard.
Housing Without Switch
This part replaces the throttle assembly and leaves the switch block alone. It is the sensible purchase when the electrics are healthy.
Where a Bore Matters
Machined rather than formed, so the tube stays concentric and the grip keeps its feel across years of touring mileage. Ride-by-wire means the engine feels it too.
Black Anodising
Converted into the metal. On a motorcycle with red bodywork it is the component that does not join the conversation.
Ergal 7075
Aerospace grade at roughly twice the yield strength of ordinary machined alloy. It holds a clamping face on a handlebar indefinitely.
Winglets, Honestly
They do very little at the speeds a SuperSport is actually ridden. Ducati fitted them because the V4 had them and made no serious claims about downforce, which is refreshingly straightforward.
A Category Nobody Serves
Fast, faired, comfortable and not a superbike describes almost nothing on sale. Manufacturers keep abandoning the space and Ducati keeps building for it.
Adjustable Without Tools
The windscreen moves through fifty millimetres by hand at a standstill, which sounds trivial until a motorway section turns up in the middle of a day on back roads. Ducati kept that feature through the restyle rather than sacrificing it to the new bodywork, and it is one of the few concessions to practicality anywhere in the range.
