The JP CJP 082H is the programmable fuel controller for the ER-6 F: a full map with every cell empty, waiting for somebody with software and a wideband sensor.

The Faired ER
Same engine and chassis with bodywork. Kawasaki sold enormous numbers of both versions to riders who wanted one bike for everything.
Five Hundred Grams
Heavier than the preset module because there is more inside it. On any motorcycle that is a mounting question rather than a weight question.
Resolution Matters
A map with too few cells forces the unit to interpolate across large gaps, and the engine feels it. Enough resolution is what makes small, local corrections possible at all.
Mapping at a Circuit
A laptop, a wideband and a session between runs. This is where a programmable unit earns its price over a preset module, because conditions change and the map can follow.

A motorcycle with no registration and no test to pass removes the legal question entirely, which is one more reason this unit belongs on a circuit machine.

If the engine is modified and the owner will do the work, this is the right unit. If either half of that sentence is untrue, the preset module is the better purchase and costs ninety euros less.
