Carbon Bodywork Panels
Front mudguard, cockpit infills and a rear hugger, all in visible weave. On a limited edition it is expected and Triumph did not skimp on it.
One Model Year
The Daytona 765 appeared in 2020 and did not return. It is the last of the line and the collector interest reflects that.
Reversible
The standard housing refits on its own fasteners with no replacement seals required, so the engine can be returned to specification whenever it needs to be.

Air entering the exhaust after combustion moves the readings, and every fuelling decision taken from those readings inherits the movement.
Two Ports on a Triple
Triumph's three-cylinder heads carry the arrangement as a single group rather than one per cylinder, which keeps the job to a single cover.
What a Cracked Reed Does
It stops sealing in one direction, which lets exhaust gas travel back up the hose towards the airbox. The residue coats the filter and the inside of the box, and it is usually discovered by somebody looking for something else entirely.
Keep the Housing
It refits in twenty minutes with no new seals required, and having it is the whole cost of being able to answer an emissions inspection or a suspicious buyer.
Where Owners Go Wrong
Overtightening the fasteners into an aluminium head is the commonest damage done, and it turns a twenty-minute job into a thread repair. Triumph specifies a figure and it is low.
An Older Head, Careful Threads
On a motorcycle past a decade the threads have been undisturbed for a long time. Working slowly and cleanly is worth the extra few minutes.
