The JP MJ 013 sits between the GSX1250F's loom and its injectors and adjusts how long each one stays open, which is the whole of what a power module does.

The Bandit With a Fairing
Suzuki's 1255 cc oil-cooled four is an old design that makes torque everywhere and asks almost nothing of the rider.
Two Hundred Grams
The module weighs about as much as a mobile telephone and the harness adds very little. This is not a component anybody buys or avoids on the basis of mass.
Not a Racing Part
There is no adjustment, no logging and no way to tailor the curve to one circuit. Riders who want that need the programmable unit, and JetPrime sells one alongside this.
What Comes in the Box
The module and the model-specific harness. Cable ties, a place to put it and twenty minutes are the owner's contribution, and nothing else is needed.
The First Quarter of the Throttle
It is where a motorcycle spends the overwhelming majority of its life, and it is where a manufacturer's caution is most audible. A module addresses that region rather than the part a magazine test measures.
How Long It Takes
Between twenty minutes and an hour depending on the model. The variable is access to the injector harness and nothing else about the job changes.
On a Motorcycle With Two Owners
A shared machine ridden by somebody who does not know the module is there will notice nothing at all. It changes nothing about how the motorcycle is operated, only how it responds.
After a Service
Nothing about the module needs resetting when the motorcycle is serviced. Filters, plugs and oil changes have no interaction with it whatsoever.
Oil Cooling and an Old Map
Suzuki's oil-cooled four dates from an era when injection mapping was coarser than it is now, and the calibration reflects that. On a motorcycle of this age the standard mixture is further from ideal than on anything current, which is precisely the situation a preset correction was drawn for.
