Titanium collector, carbon silencer, 4,4 kg. It is the most expensive article Spark makes for this motorcycle at 3.083 euro, and it sits between the two all-titanium systems on weight rather than below them.
Key Features
- Racing full system for the Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4.
- Titanium collector, Force Evo silencer in carbon fibre.
- 4,4 kg against 8,5 kg for the standard system.
- Valve simulator included.
- Passenger footrest can stay; removal bracket in the kit.
- Racing part, not approved for road use.
Between the Two Titanium Systems
The numbers are worth laying out. Konix Evo, all titanium: 4,1 kg, 2.797 euro. Force Evo, all titanium: 4,7 kg, 2.797 euro. Force Evo with the carbon can: 4,4 kg, 3.083 euro.
So the carbon version takes three hundred grams off the titanium Force Evo system and costs 286 euro more. It does not undercut the Konix Evo on weight. If the goal is purely the lightest system, that one still wins — and it is the loudest of the three.
What the Carbon Changes
The silencer body is carbon fibre over a metal core. The mass comes off at the largest diameter, which is where it counts most for a rotating or oscillating assembly, and the surface is the one visible difference on an otherwise identical system.
It is the more fragile choice. A carbon sleeve does not shrug off a slide down a kerb the way titanium does.
Who Buys the Most Expensive One
Three thousand euro on an exhaust for a motorcycle that already has one is not a performance decision at the margin — the titanium Force Evo system makes the same noise, saves nearly as much weight and costs 286 euro less.
What this article adds is the surface. A carbon silencer next to a titanium collector is a specific look, and on an RSV4 Factory it is the one that matches the rest of the bike. Spark prices it accordingly and does not pretend the difference is measured on a dyno.
Setting Up a Euro5+ Machine
Spark's note on this system is specific and it matters: on Euro5+ motorcycles the ECU must be remapped, and the last lambda sensor — the one sitting ahead of the silencer — must be deactivated. The system itself is built with fittings for one lambda sensor per cylinder.
Skipping either step leaves the engine running on a map that no longer matches the exhaust it has.
The Valve, and the Footrest
Two things come in the box beyond the exhaust itself. A simulator that stands in for the original exhaust valve, so the removal does not light the dashboard. And a bracket for taking the passenger footrest off — which is optional, because Spark builds the system to clear the original footrest if it stays.
Fitment & Compatibility
Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4, 2017 to 2026. All-titanium versions of the same system: GAP8805T with a Force Evo silencer, GAP8804T with a Konix Evo. The carbon Force Evo as a slip-on only is GAP0408C.
Road Approval
None. Spark states plainly that the product is not street legal. Closed course use only.
