DescriptionThe whole story▼
Engineered for riders who demand sharper aerodynamics and a cleaner profile, the Puig Vision windscreen transforms the Honda CBF250 with a precision-fitted short-screen solution that cuts through the air efficiently and holds its own under sustained track and road conditions alike.
Key Features
- Manufactured from high-impact acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) for outstanding resistance to wind-load and incidental impacts at speed
- Optimised aerodynamic profile actively improves airflow management and high-speed stability on both road and track
- Rounded edge finish eliminates sharp transitions, enhancing rider safety and delivering a refined, purposeful aesthetic
- Dual attachment points ensure a secure, rattle-free mount that stays planted under race-pace vibration
- Homologated to ABE KBA 38188 CS14 and DOT 1312, with full German TÜV quality certification — road-legal confidence backed by rigorous independent testing
- Lightweight construction at just 643 g keeps unsprung and chassis mass to a minimum
Design & Construction
Part of Puig's Street Screen range, the Vision sits firmly at the performance end of the lineup. The short-screen format is the natural choice when a round headlight conversion is on the cards or when a cleaner, more aggressive nose profile is the goal. The ABS shell is moulded to tight tolerances, giving the screen the structural rigidity to resist flutter at high speeds while remaining light enough to avoid any measurable effect on handling balance.
Available in a black or carbon-look finish for the frame surround, with a separate choice of screen tint, the Vision allows riders to dial in a look that complements the CBF250's lines without compromising function. Installation is straightforward: the two-point mounting system aligns cleanly with OEM fixing positions and full fitting instructions are supplied with every unit.
Track & Road Performance
The aerodynamic shaping of the Vision is not merely cosmetic. By managing the airflow over the front end more effectively than a naked configuration, it reduces buffeting at sustained motorway and circuit speeds, allowing the rider to maintain a more relaxed, focused position. The rounded profile also means there are no pressure points or turbulence-generating edges to disrupt clean airflow over the cockpit.
