Öhlins machines the eye from the same billet as the body on many units. Eye width and bore diameter both have to match the chassis mount. The spherical bearing in an end eye lets the damper follow the linkage without side load.

Why the Original

An original part keeps the unit within its published specification; a near-equivalent quietly moves it. Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Öhlins numbers do not follow a logic you can guess — always read them from the documentation. Öhlins parts are unit-specific: a close dimension is not a substitute.

Getting the Number Right

06626-02 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. dimension a 58.3 mm, dimension b 22.2 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. End caps carry adjusters, seals and often the gas valve. Thread size and eye diameter identify the part.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 06626-02

Category: End Eyes

Dimension A: 58.3 mm

Dimension B: 22.2 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/06626-02_3935648e-685b-4173-be85-400ec8622c40.png?v=1788877923
