What the Kit Contains
A pre-wired eliminator for the monitored circuit and two machined blanks for the cylinder heads. Nothing of the system remains afterwards.
No Fairing to Remove
On a naked bike the tank is two fasteners and a seat away, which makes this one of the quicker complete deletions in the range.
The Sequence
Seat, tank, hoses, housings, blanks, connector. One session with ordinary tools and nothing to reset.
Ten Seventy-Seven
Aprilia enlarged the Tuono's V4 in 2015 while leaving the superbike at a litre, chasing midrange rather than a peak figure. It worked.
Overrun Noise
With no fairing to muffle it, residue burning in the header reaches the rider directly. A different silencer only makes it clearer.
Both Banks
The V4 carries the arrangement twice and the kit contains two blanks accordingly.
Nothing Drilled
Aprilia's own connector and fastener positions throughout, with the original torque figures.

Aprilia kept the secondary air arrangement unchanged across the whole run, which is unusual over that length of time and is why a single kit covers every bike in the period. The rest of the motorcycle changed a great deal more.
