The JP MJ 001 is the simpler of JetPrime's two fuel units for the Street Glide Ultra Flhxu: a curve somebody else worked out, rather than one the owner has to develop.

Fully Equipped
A top box, a larger fairing and the full audio package. The Ultra is the heaviest thing Harley asks the Milwaukee-Eight to move.
Diagnostics Still Work
Because nothing is written to the original controller, the service history stays readable and any fault the motorcycle develops is reported normally. A masked fault memory is one of the real costs of the alternatives.
Altitude and Air Temperature
The standard controller already compensates using its own sensors, and the module's correction is applied on top of whatever it decides. Riding somewhere high or hot does not require anything to be changed.
What Riders Report
Cleaner pick-up from a closed throttle, less hunting at a steady speed and a general sense that the engine is less reluctant below four thousand. Those three come up again and again.
Rider Aids Are Blind to It
Traction control reads wheel speeds, not injector pulses. Nothing about the module's presence enters the calculation for any electronic aid on the motorcycle.
Compared With a Remap
A flash of the original controller reaches further and is harder to undo. This is the narrow, cheap, reversible option, and for most road riders it addresses the actual complaint.
A Second Opinion Worth Having
Ride the motorcycle for a week paying attention to the first eighth of throttle travel. If nothing about it irritates, the honest answer is that this module has nothing to fix.
Comparing the Two JetPrime Units
This one arrives finished. The programmable unit arrives empty and expects an owner with software, a laptop and preferably a dyno. Neither is better; they answer different questions.
