Replacement parts come from the same production as the components they go into. An original Öhlins service part, listed under its own number in the Öhlins spare parts catalogue. Individual parts let a workshop replace only what is worn.

Original Öhlins Part

A damper that can be rebuilt is a damper that stays on the bike; that is the whole argument for original service parts. Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. For a full rebuild, the seal kit plus the wear parts is usually the sensible order. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Öhlins identifies this position by the number 03280-74 in the exploded view for the unit it belongs to. Öhlins states dimension a 36 mm, dimension b 22 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Öhlins keeps tooling for older units, which is why parts remain available. The number on the part matches the number in the drawing, which makes identification unambiguous.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 03280-74

Category: Service Parts

Dimension A: 36 mm

Dimension B: 22 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/03280-74_eab13c00-e938-4412-a188-caee112fcc4a.png?v=1788872229
