The OBT008 is the front bracket: 60.6 mm by 90.3 mm, black anodised, 10 g. No finish to choose: LighTech lists the OBT008 in black alone. It changes the part of the Panigale 1299 the rider looks at most.

Key Features

Nothing on the Panigale 1299 is drilled, cut or permanently altered

The OBT008 is machined from solid, not cast or pressed

It is the cheapest visible change on a Panigale 1299

It is the smallest line on the order

10 g on the Panigale 1299

60.6 mm in height, 90.3 mm of projection

Position Is the Point

A reservoir that is not held properly is a reservoir that moves. One bracket per reservoir — the Panigale 1299 needs the tank ordered alongside.

Compatibility

This listing covers the Ducati Panigale 1299, 2012 to 2018. LighTech lists it as adaptable rather than model-specific, so check the position on the Panigale 1299 first.

Care and Checks

Anodised aluminium takes brake cleaner badly; keep it off the OBT008. There is no service interval for the part itself.

In the Workshop

The OBT008 replaces an existing part on the Panigale 1299 rather than adding one. Offer the bracket up before tightening — the hose run on the Panigale 1299 decides the angle. Everything removed from the Panigale 1299 can go straight back on.

What You Also Need

LighTech sells this mount on its own. It carries LighTech's OBT001, OBT006 and OBT007 tanks, which are ordered separately. Ask us and we will pair it with the right reservoir for your Panigale 1299.

What Is in the Box

LighTech ships the OBT008 on its own. The part number is all you need to quote for a repeat order on the Panigale 1299.

Approval Status

Replacing a reservoir touches the brake system of the Panigale 1299, not just its appearance. LighTech supplies no type-approval document with the OBT008, and we make no approval claim for it. Road use on the Panigale 1299 means two steps: clarify it beforehand, test it afterwards.

Technical Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: OBT008

Type: Reservoir bracket, front

Height: 60.6 mm

Projection: 90.3 mm

Material: Anodised aluminium

Finish: Black only

Fits reservoirs: OBT001, OBT006, OBT007

Weight: 10 g

Fitment: Ducati Panigale 1299 (2012 to 2018)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_OBT008NER_750cfaf9-868a-4a65-a56e-c7f8375111dc.png?v=1791204815
https://inter-pace.com/en-qa/products/lightech-reservoir-bracket-front-ducati-panigale-1299-2012-2018-obt008
