Inexpensive Now
Values have fallen far enough that a Daytona 675 is among the cheapest routes onto a circuit on something genuinely quick, and the parts supply is still good.
Discontinued Without a Successor
Triumph left the supersport class and nothing in the current range does the same job. Owners keep them running because replacing one is not possible.
Nothing Drilled or Spliced
Triumph's own connector and fastener positions throughout the whole job, with the original torque figures.
The Complete Path
From the airbox, through the reed pack, into the exhaust port, with a solenoid controlling it. The kit accounts for all of it.
Where the Space Goes
The hose run above the engine disappears, which makes the airbox easier to service and the top of the motor considerably easier to look at.
Everything Goes Back
Housing, hose, clips and connector all refit with nothing consumed, which means an emissions inspection or a sale can be answered with the standard arrangement in place.

On a Bike Getting an Exhaust
The silencer, the deletion and any mapping belong in one visit rather than three. Doing the emissions work first means the new exhaust is never blamed for a noise that was always there.

A socket set, a screwdriver for the clips and a torque wrench for the head fasteners. Nothing specialist at any point.
Parts Still Available
Triumph supported the Daytona long after production ended and the aftermarket has filled most of the remaining gaps, which is why so many are still being raced. A bike with no parts supply does not stay on grids for a decade after the factory stops building it.
