The JP MJ 001 plugs into the Softail LOW Rider Fxlr's injector harness on its own connectors, leaving the loom untouched and the whole change reversible in a minute.

Hidden Rear Suspension
The Softail frame conceals the shock under the gearbox to look like a rigid frame. It works better than that description suggests.
What It Cannot Fix
A worn throttle position sensor, a leaking inlet rubber, a clogged filter or a sticking valve. A module corrects fuel quantity and nothing else. Fitting one to hide a mechanical fault postpones the diagnosis rather than avoiding it.
Under the Seat
That is where most owners put it, because it is dry, out of sight and close to the injector harness on the majority of machines. A cable tie and five minutes of thought is the whole of the installation advice.
What Comes in the Box
The module and the model-specific harness. Cable ties, a place to put it and twenty minutes are the owner's contribution, and nothing else is needed.
Twenty Minutes to an Hour
Depending on where the injector harness runs. On most machines it is a seat, four connectors and a cable tie, and on a few it is a fuel tank as well.
Nothing at the Pump
Fuel consumption stays where it was within any margin anybody can measure on a road. Claims in either direction should be treated with suspicion.
A Long-Lived Component
There is nothing in it that ages: no relay, no moving part and no user setting to drift. Fitted properly it will outlast several sets of tyres without being thought about.
Big Singles
A thumper is the clearest case of all. With one cylinder and one firing event every other revolution, any hesitation at small openings is felt directly through the chassis.
