Autoclave Construction and Surface Finishes

Fullsix manufactures this heel guard using the same autoclave process employed in MotoGP and World Superbike programmes. The high-pressure, high-temperature cure produces a denser, void-free laminate that outperforms hand-laid alternatives in both stiffness and fatigue resistance. Two carbon weave patterns are offered:

• 200 Plain — a classic plain weave that mirrors the factory Ducati carbon aesthetic closely.
• 245 Twill — a finely interlaced twill weave with a more contemporary racing appearance.

Each weave is available in multiple surface finishes:

• Glossy — part numbers MD-9912-C21 (Plain) and MD-9912-TC21 (Twill)

Installation
