Cartridge tubes sit inside the fork leg and do the actual damping. Öhlins publishes tube diameters by fork model, and they are not interchangeable across the range. A marked inner tube destroys seals repeatedly until it is replaced.

Original Öhlins Part

A damper that can be rebuilt is a damper that stays on the bike; that is the whole argument for original service parts. The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do. If the unit is already apart, compare the published dimensions with the part in your hand.

Getting the Number Right

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 15203-01. The published dimensions are dimension a 48 mm, dimension b 566 mm, dimension c 59.3 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Fork parts are specific to the fork, not to the motorcycle it happens to be fitted to. Axle clamps are machined so the axle clamps without pinching the fork out of alignment.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 15203-01

Category: Fork Parts

Dimension A: 48 mm

Dimension B: 566 mm

Dimension C: 59.3 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/15203-01_5297d0e6-2303-42b9-bda7-2b342f969eab.png?v=1788878628
