Öhlins fork parts are specific to the fork model, not interchangeable across the range. Axle clamps are machined so the axle clamps without pinching the fork out of alignment. Fork legs are matched left and right on most Öhlins forks and are listed separately.

Why the Original

The tolerances here are the ones the unit was assembled to, not a pattern equivalent's interpretation of them. This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. Order by part number. The dimensions below are the ones Öhlins publishes for it. For a full rebuild, the seal kit plus the wear parts is usually the sensible order.

How to Be Sure It Fits

The reliable route is the exploded drawing: find the position, read the number, order it — 21630-25 in this case. dimension a 43 mm, dimension b 50 mm, dimension c 55 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Bushings in the fork carry the side load; play there shows up as knocking under braking. Axle clamps and lower legs are machined to hold the axle without distorting the fork.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21630-25

Category: Fork Parts

Dimension A: 43 mm

Dimension B: 50 mm

Dimension C: 55 mm

Finish: Black

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21630-25_975c5f42-04e6-4fd2-a10f-48b538cf772f.png?v=1788879768
